Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee. *(Canadian and UK orders, please see below)
Lamplighter Company cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.
You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.
*Canadian and UK orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
These orders will also be subject to Canadian and UK duty tax (please check local customs office for further information.).
Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales. Promotional Shipping Schedule: Orders will be processed within 3 business days. As always, you will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you. Non-Holiday or Non-Promotional Schedule: Ground orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed before 12pm EST are processed the same business day. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed within 72 hours. This includes, but is not limited to Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. CA and UK USPS orders will typically arrive in 7-15 business days.

At the moment, we ship to the United States (including APO) and 89 countries.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped from RI. International shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information on these fees. If an order is placed online, but is undeliverable, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, including duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred while shipping. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We ship via UPS, Fedex, and USPS unless otherwise noted.
All continental U.S. shipments with orders of $150 or more will receive free shipping. Standard rates apply for orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or International.
Sales tax will not be charged for any orders.
