EXCHANGES & RETURNS

For any reason, if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, please contact us at info@lamplighterco.com. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please package the jewelry with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Lamplighter Company is not responsible for items lost in transit. Custom Design Your Own Necklace and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items with a Final Sale price adjustment are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchanges.

REPAIRS

Lamplighter Company offers a one-time replacement or one-time repair within the first year of purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Repairs typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Please be aware items purchased during a Sample Sale Event may not be able to be repaired or replaced.  Repair or replacement will be based on availability of materials.

All repairs will be assessed by our repairs department.
