COMPASSION MEDITATION

Find a quiet place to sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair. Recite the phrase, "May all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness," for 10-20 minutes. If your mind gets lost come back to the phrase. At the end, dedicate the meditation for the benefit of all beings.
